Become a Noteworthy Lead Instructor

Noteworthy Music Studio in Stevens Point is currently seeking lead instructors in piano and voice.

Join a music education program like no other and be part of a true team dedicated to serving the best music students in Central Wisconsin!

Lead instructors:

  1. Teach in person and online private lessons to Noteworthy standards of quality and personability

  2. Collaborate with team to work toward a full time position

  3. Work within Noteworthy systems and procedures, including use of studio-provided lesson book to track lessons and practices

  4. Create and lead engaging and enriching group experiences/classes with students of their instrument and in collaboration with other head instructors

  5. Meet with directors monthly or as needed to cover scheduling, marketing, planning, strategy, student issues, etc.

  6. Meet with other teachers of the instrument to guide and problem solve

  7. Attend all recitals, as well as appropriate events

  8. Represent Noteworthy professionally and engagingly in all interactions with directors, faculty, staff, students, and public

Compensation and benefits:

  1. $30/hr for lessons/classes/meetings/events + 8 hours per month for planning

  2. Contribution to personalized benefits package based on needs of the individual after certain benchmarks

  3. $50 commission for each new student who stays 3 months or longer 

  4. $300 commission for each teacher who stays 12 months or longer

  5. Guaranteed salary if you are moving to the area
